HYR Matches

Playing times for all HYR age divisions are shown below.

  • U19 - 30 min halves
  • U17 - 25 min halves
  • U15 - 20 min halves
  • U13 - 10 min halves

No extra time is played if a league game ends in a draw.

Parents, family and supporters are aleays welcome. Admission is free.

HYR Referees

HYR has a great set of match officials who contribute their own time to promote rugby across the islands. All of our touch judges and referees are ex-players with most already graduates of HYR and USA Rugby's excellent coaching schools. Please give them your support and help HYR continue to grow rugby's reputation as a great sport for both players and spectators.

2011 Points System

For the 2011 championship season the point scoring system will be as shown below.

  • Win: 4 pts 
  • Tie: 2 pts
  • Loss by 7 pts or less: 1 pts
  • Loss by more than 7 pts: 0 pts
  • 4 tries in a match: 1 bonus pt
